Adam Pązik, PhD, Advocate
Mr. Pązik graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Kraków in 2009, and completed the Schule des Deutschen Rechts (German Law School), a joint programme of universities in Heidelberg, Mainz and Kraków and the Schule des Österreichischen Rechts (Austrian Law School) programme, run jointly by Jagiellonian University and Vienna University.
From 2010 to 2013, he attended graduate law school at the Faculty of Law and Administration of his alma mater, where he was awarded PhD degree for his doctoral dissertation entitled Wyłączenie bezprawności naruszenia dóbr osobistych na podstawie interesu społecznego [Social interest-based exemption for personality rights infringements].
Mr. Pązik teaches a specialist course on "Civil law protection of personality rights in an information society” at the Civil Law Chair of Jagiellonian University. From 2011 to 2014, he was enrolled with the Regional Bar in Kraków as an advocate trainee, to be fully admitted as a licensed advocate in 2014. Mr. Pązik is the author of a number of academic and educational publications. His key areas of expertise include business law, civil law and intellectual property law. Mr. Pązik speaks German and English.
